U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce delegates open 21st annual convention. Washington, D.C., June 19, 1940. Delegates numbering 2,000 met today at the opening session of the 21st annual convention of the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce. Serious matters were discussed by the male element but the girls decided to lighten the minds and open the eyes of all beholders by following the vagaries of the weather, one day cool, another day warm so-o-o the photographer brought home a 'hot cool' picture - left to right: Margaret Scott, Nome, Alaska; Betty [...], St. Petersburg, Florida; Reuben Coleman, Daytona Beach, Florida; and Minook Motschman, Fairbanks, Alaska.
