If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your order to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will either give you a full refund of your print costs or issue a free replacement of a damaged print. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Print orders that may have arrived damaged can be quickly processed via our Email Return Service. Just take a digital photo of your damaged print and shipping container that it was delivered in. Then email us your images and order number, shipping info, product name and size, your reason for returning your order to: firstname.lastname@example.org. When your Email Return is received we will process your return and send out a identical replacement free of charge.
Should you be unsatisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving it simply return it to us, at your shipping costs, in the original packaging or similar protective enclosure. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt and reason for the return and whether you would like another product or refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
