Bombs Away B-17
Bombs away B-17 was created by Howard Brodie in 1943 as a combat artist during a sortie. Drawn with crayon, graphite, and ink, drawing shows a World War II bombardier, stripped to the waist, sitting at the turret of an airplane bomber during the Battle of Guadalcanal.
